Jury on Republicans, despite the election victory - poll (Reuters - Front Row Washington)

congress1Despite the victory of control of the House of representatives and to gain Senate Republicans still have a way to go to really win the heart of the United States, according to the latest Washington Post-ABC News survey.

Only 41 percent of respondents said to takeover Republican Chamber is a "good thing", 27% said it was a "bad thing" and 30% said that it makes no difference, the survey found.

Although voters have given President Barack Obama (and its Democrats) "shellacking" the day of election, the public still has a bit of faith more in the President as Republican legislators, according to the results of the survey.

Fifty - four percent said Republican leaders in Congress were not enough compromise with Obama on important issues, compared to 40%, even stated on the President.
